A: If you don’t see a particular item listed for your printer, give us a call (770)-516-3591 or e-mail us, and we’ll do our best to get it for you.
Q: Do you sell any clone, refills or remanufactured supplies?
A: NO. We only sell factory new consumables.
Q: I'm having difficulty getting support for a Dell notebook, LCD monitor or other computer component that I purchased from your Ohio location. Can your support staff help me?
A: We have NO affiliation
with CompuDirect.com located in Eastlake, Ohio. CompuDirect.com is violating
our trademarks and we are currently seeking legal recourse to resolve the
issue. If you need to contact CompuDirect.com, call them at 800-854-9014.

Q: How do I get a written quote?
A: Call us at (770)-516-3591 or e-mail your request to: info@compudirect.net and we will take care of it.
Q: Can I use my own shipping company when purchasing products from you?
A: We don’t usually allow this due to the fact that our contracts with UPS and Fed Ex require us to utilize their services with all sales.
Q: Are shipping costs refundable?
A: Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable; please make sure you know what you are purchasing before placing the order. Call us if you have a question.
Q: Do you ship COD?
A: We do not ship COD.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Products that are opened and are not defective, cannot normally be returned. Our distributors will not take back any opened non-defective items. If you purchased and received an item within the last 30 days then determined it’s not right for you, call us (770)-516-3591 or write us at info@compudirect.net. Outside of 30 days, items are not returnable.
Q: What do I do if I get an item that is defective?
A: Defective items purchased within 30 days for the order date are returnable for replacement. We recommend you try Okidata tech-support first; if they recommend replacement you may get your replacement item strait from Okidata saving you any return shipping charges or write us at info@compudirect.net for an RMA number. DO NOT send an item back without an RMA number as it will be rejected. Write the RMA number on the label not the box. If you write on the box we cannot send it back to our distribution partners.
Q: How are warranties handled when purchasing products through your company?
A: Warranties outside of 30 days, are handled by the manufacturer. We will do our best to assist you if you have an issue with your purchase.
Q: Do you price match?
A: We will do our best to match a competitor’s price. Make sure you look at all the costs before making your decision. Shipping and handling fees, processing fees, sometimes what you see and what you are actually charged are quite different.
Q: Do you have a re-stocking fee on returned items?
A: We have a 15% re-stock fee on all non-defective returned items. We have to; our margins don’t allow us to take product back on a whim. Our goal is provide extremely low prices in conjunction with excellent customer service and timely delivery. Please know what you want before you place an order.
