Shipping Charges

We ship 'best method' always, so you'll get your order as fast as possible - 'ground' is usually 3-5 days anywhere in the lower 48! Of course, 'overnight' is also available if needed.

How does OKI trade in program work?

End user customer buys any qualifying printer
Customer completes on-line form at Okidata
Customer provides proof of purchase by faxing web form and invoice with serial numbers of new OKI printers to the Oki Program Manager (fax # 770-925-9064)
Customer is contacted to arrange for pickup of trade in printers.
Trade in printers are audited.
Rebate checks are issued for all trade in printers that pass the audit within 30 days after audit
